Who are we?

1. TA means TaipeiAlive.

A nickname I use when advising visitors touring Taipei in TripAdvisor.com travel megasite.

2. Dave is my real name.

I am the living person behind TaipeiDreams and our Weblogs. :-)

3. Married in 2001, my wife (my co-traveler to Taiwan) and I are Chinese citizens of Singapore.

Born, bred, found love and work in this sunny city.

We are diligently producing and running inspirational Weblogs – and hopefully, make a simple living of it. :-)

Our Taipei, Taiwan trips?

Very briefly,

• I lived and worked in Hsinchu in 1991.
• My wife and I had a mini 7-days honeymoon trip in Taipei 2006.
• We revisited with our nephews in a fabulous Taipei tour in 2008.
