Yes Reena, it’s much more cosy and convenient to stay in 1 hotel while touring within Taipei (including a few day trips out to nearby counties).
It was TS for our 7 nights stay. TS is 1 minute walk from Ximen MRT station – which is the next stop after Taipei Main Station. So no worries about inconvenience at all. :-)

Did you stay in TS hotel throughout your 7 nights stay? I’m planning a trip to Taipei end of the year but we’ll be traveling with 3 young kids so I’m just thinking if it is doable. Prob need to find accommodation near Taipei Main Station for convenience sake.

Hi TY, I went searching the figure$ for our 8-days tour for U, here it is: For 4 paxs, we spent about SGD$4800. Inclusive of hotel, airfares. Tour is d-i-y style.

How much do you spend for the 8 days free and easy ?
Which hotel did you stay in ?
How much is the Youyou fares ?
