The sweet sauce took some getting used to. I don’t like it.

Omelette has Sweet Sauce - different, not disagreeable from the salty ones we have in Singapore. Omelette and Batter were fragant. Try adding Chilli to “cover over” the sweetness..

I wish I was wrong. I believe other places would have better Shrimp Omelette than this. There was no more than 5 (!) Shrimp morsels - less than 15% of the dish!
