No signs was around to show the way to the nearest place of relief!
At thrice the speed we hiked up minutes ago, we trodded down to Cable Car Station. It was the nearest place where the crowds were (so would the washroom be located there, we reckoned).

Just after we had our yummy hotel breakfast, the first sign of trouble appeared.
I was having the runs (diarrhea). It must be the three pieces of margarine-laden Pineapple Cakes washed down with super slimmy Frog-Lay-Egg Bubble Tea last night!

We had seen the Cake Shop on our way into Starbucks.
My wife had commented how fanciful the cakes were, so.. Maybe I could spring a surprise for her - as a special treat in this foreign land on this honeymoon?

Good morning! We woke up at 6am today - again!
Tucked into a light hotel breakfast then made our way to Taipei Mrt Station.
Outside the Station, “Ba Bian” anti-president activities were about to start. [...]
Roaming the streets surrounding TS Hotel, we bought bowls of instant Beef Noodles & Pocari Isotonic drinks from QuanJia (Family) Mart. The counter gals gave NO service.
I asked for a bag to carry my stuff. Gal asked for TWD1! Huh?!

Planned for today was an itinerary bringing us out to farther Taipei. Into YehLiu Geological Park & KeeLung..
But were we fatigued!
My eyes were reddish, painfully dry and smaller than black beans! We slept late last night, yet awoke from our excitement at 6am+ [...]
Where would our spontaneous search bring us to? We asked three persons for directions.
Knowing we were visitors, the last guy we met told a sad tale and asked for money. We felt sorry but told him: “no thanks”!
